A dream that came true 

In the middle of Tisvilde you will find restaurant von Edel – a new, charming culinary gem that has already delighted its guests with its exquisite food and attentive service. 

Behind the success are Marie von Lotzbeck and Philip von Arenstorff, who met in the kitchen one summer and made their shared dreams come true. 

The name von Edel, which means "noble" in German, reflects the restaurant's philosophy: genuine, exquisite and unique taste experiences. Here you work with the best raw materials, which are refined and presented honestly.

 

 Unique background and big ambitions 

Philip brings with him an exciting combination of gastronomic and hunting experiences. Educated from the Michelin-starred restaurant Søllerød Kro and with a past as a professional hunter in Cameroon, Greenland and South Africa, he puts a unique signature on the dishes. 

Von Edel is known for his beautifully prepared dishes that surprise with both taste and creativity. The passion for good craftsmanship can be tasted in every bite.
