The owners, Aaron Kaczmark and Skyla Clark-Ward, jointly own and operate El Goldie. They have, among other things, gained experience from the Bib Gourmand-awarded restaurant Kødbyens Fiskebar from the Michelin Guide, the Italian restaurant Il Buco and restaurant Yaffa with flavors from the Middle East.
