Harbour quay and Danish gastronomy
From the lively harbour at Christianshavn, a breathtaking panoramic view of Copenhagen's iconic buildings and the sunset that descends over the city unfolds.
Here is Nu & Da, where Danish regional dishes are reinterpreted with respect for the ingredients and a love of simplicity.
Former Michelin and TV chef
The kitchen is run by David Johansen, who became the youngest chef in Danish history to receive a Michelin star. He has also been seen as a judge on the TV program Masterchef and other TV productions.
He is behind a kitchen where classic flavors are given new life – light, clean and contemporary dishes that still taste like what we know and love.
Like an old friend in new clothes
The menu changes with the seasons and draws threads to both the past and present in Danish food. Nu & Da is a tribute to Danish cuisine as it was and as it can be. The food is served unpretentiously, but with gastronomic precision, and time and company in focus.
With the food you can choose from classic wines, exciting mocktails and cocktails that support the flavors of the dishes – all with a view of Copenhagen's iconic skyline and calm moving water.
